Mr.Atthavit Suwanpakdee, the secretary of coalition government parties coordinating committee, revealed there are laws shall be considered to be completed before Mr. Abhisit Vejjajiva, the prime minister will announce to dissolve the parliament in May.



The first law is Independent Entity to Protect the Consumers Act. The law intends to establish a new independent entity protecting the consumers besides Office of the Consumer Protection Board and improve its appearance with sufficient budget to protect people's benefit.


The Second draft law is Public Assembly Act. Its main purpose is to send a notification in advance to protect the people who live near the assembled area. Moreover, the law will specify the rigorous measures to deter and avoid protestors to use a weapon. The law also forces the assembly administrator to be in the assembly throughout for controlling protestors.


The Third draft law is Social Security Act and Worker's Compensation Act which require the government to contribute money to social security fund in response to the government policy to aid informal labour to be formal labour. This law is a new important change of labour system in Thailand.




The Fourth draft law is Environment and Health Independent Entity Act. The law is set up the Independent Entity with the intentions to have the clear content of a great industrial factory investment in Thailand.


The last Draft law is Traditional Thai medical Profession Act which will improve its standard of the traditional medical profession to be the same standard as the medicine profession.


The next meeting on 28th April 2011 is the last meeting of representatives.

Mr.Atthavit Suwanpakdee believes that all drafts shall be approved by the parliament certainly.
